You know, I'd lay odds that this is a joke.

Might be but this article (http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/tv/72450_radio30.shtml) almost makes it sound like a tactic to keep the frequency active and marketed in peoples' minds. Just a guess though. (& has every station done an all-disco format as a "wild" April Fools Joke?)
