This box set has been endlessly delayed, but is now apparently very close to release. According to Mole Jazz the latest holdup is something to do with the packaging; nevertheless, they expect to have copies in by end of next week. I don't know how many copies they plan on pressing but it's probably safe to assume the run will be finite.
