other labels that generally speaking have high quality releases: for late 60s-70s recordings: soul jazz blood & fire pressure sounds for 80s-00s on-u sound wackies greensleeves greensleeves is good for comps of more recent dancehall stuff. a full album by scare dem or elephant man or sizzla is probably of questionable value but the comps of hits & riddims (mostly released on 7" originally) can be great. plus they've reissued recently a bunch of scientist records - scientist encounters pac-man, scientist rids the world of the evil curse of the vampires, scientist meets the space invaders, etc. watch out for low quality bootlegs with blurry/poorly registered covers. sorry if this has been covered already, I'm on the digest version. e
