Did anybody catch any of the recent Boredoms concerts in Europe???

Yes I did, in Paris, last week (12th july). (It was the first time I went to hear them). For me, it was very bad, very amateur. Three drummers making basic techno beat, without any imagination. No energy. No guitarist. Eye playing alternatively two sounds on electronics. Kind of Pink Floyd sounds (Mike Ratledge), And feeling obliged to scream from time to time. He was laughing with his partners. It looked ridiculous. I hope Boredoms have made better concerts in the past. It was not so crowded (about 400 people). But most of these people (like me) came because Boredoms have a strong reputation. I wish these people would listen to other music from Japan : Keiji Haino, Masayoshi Urabe, Otomo Yoshihide, Taku Sugimoto.... About 1/3 (maybe more) didn't like the concert (including some Boredoms fans). Jacques Oger
