'Smile' has been extensively bootlegged. I own at least 4 different versions of it. The album you found is obviously a boot. I'm not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if a bootleg 'Smile' box exists.
I just read on a website that the "Smile" box set does exist but it's actually a bootleg although it's not listed in the typical online stores. Thanks.
