Has this record been released (live or studio version)?

there is no release, to my knowledge, although last fall Steven Bernstein told me about this project. he actually wants to do it WITH Little Richard, but basically needs a label to bankroll it. he also wants to record the Millenium Territory Orchestra doing a bunch of old reefer tunes with guests like Dr. John and others. that one also needs big label bucks.
