I second, third and 4th any recommendation here for Muddy Waters and Hound Dog Taylor. For the former, I'd recommend HIS BEST 1947-1955 as a good intro and DELUXE EDITION as a good intro for the later. Howlin' Wolf is amazing too. The CD that collects HOWLIN' WOLF (aka the Rocking Chair album) and MOANIN' IN THE MOONLIGHT is a classic. Speaking of Wolf, his guitarist Hubert Sumlin is an incredible player.
