well i read this thru aintitcool.com a few months ago
"Aronofsky said that he wrote a faithful adaptation of
Year One with Frank Miller. Warner Bros. owns the screenplay and
he understands that they are very protective of the Batman franchise
and is unsure about what will become of it. He did say that is
is definitely not his next film."
