No New York on CD: for the 1st time really?

The last newsletter from DMG lists: *** - NO NEW YORK: various artists (2004? - Antilles/Off Note (Japan), ? (CD)) and claims that it is the first reissue ("This Japanese CD edition is the only reissue ever made on any format"). As far as I know there were a CD and LP reissues on Polygram KK (Japan) in 1998. Could somebody confirm that the Antilles/Off Note and Polygram KK are really different Japanese reissues?
