Robert Quine, RIP

This comes via the Marquee Moon (Television) list. No confirmation or obit that I can find yet. Bad news indeed. He was an astonishing musician.

From Michael Carlucci at Subterranean Records, some sad news:

"I have bad news to report. My friend and guitarist extraordinaire Robert Quine is dead. I'm not sure of the cause but apparently he died about 5 days ago and they just found him today."
