Sun Ra - "Space is the Place", "The Futuristic Sounds of...", "Strange Celestial Road", and "Live at the Village Vanguard" listed under Sun Ra Sextet. Also, take a look at the Fela Kuti selections with 25 albums. Due to an iTunes anomaly, 4 of the albums are available for under 4 USD. In most cases you're charged the full $9.99 price for albums with longer tracks (see Coltane's "Ascension"), but, someone fell asleep here, and you can get, for example, "Beasts of No Nation & O.D.O.O.", for $1.98. Zorn-agains,
I'm crazy about iTunes, the best digital music program and I'm especially fond of the Music Store that's built in. While we're still waiting for more indie labels to jump aboard, I already found some interesting artist in there:
Bill Frisell Dave Douglas Brad Shepik Trio - The Drip (bought it at once) John Zorn - Naked City
I just wanted to ask the Zornlist to just keep us informed when other alternative albums become available in the iTunes Music Store. When you stumble onto something, then please share it with the list.
Thanks,
Rob, Belgium
