Zorn Heads good morning,

 

Iseael Festival will host this year, on June 7th, John Zorn who will conduct Cobra in Jerusalem Theater.

 

All the musicians will be Israelis and they were chosen with Zorn's guidance and by JeanClaude Jones (Zorn's pal who is mentioned on the Sleeve of  'Masada In Jerusalem' and me.

The Musicians are: Jean Claude Jones-Bass/Electronics; Taiseer Elias-Oud/Violin; Nouri Yacoby-Viola; Dana Vaxman-Cello; Ofer Ganor & Adam Shaflan-Electric Guitars; Daniel Ran-Piano; Maya Dunitz- Percussion & Keyboards; Jeffrey Kovalsky-Percussion; Hagay Freshtmann-Drums; Ran Slavin-Samplers; Yoav Bernstein-DJ.

 

The performance will be in the Henry Crown Hall at the Jerusalem Theater and the price of the tickets are very inviting- 80 NIS (Less than 18 US $).
