I've heard the complete Marsalis at the Village Vanguard box set. It has a lot of good stuff in it, but its not all like Live at Blues Alley. It really depends in what you are looking for, becasuse for me the best tracks on the box are the ones really close to the New Orleans jazz and the live version of some of the parts of In This House on This Morning.
