Welcome, Olivier. Looking at my own copy (1993 Da Capo Press edition), Zorn appears on pages 75-78, the chapter titled "The Composer - In Practice (@)." It's a short chapter, but Zorn speaks about his game pieces and his file-card compositions. If you don't have it already, you might also try to find William Duckworth's 'Talking Music,' which contains the best chapter on Zorn of any book I've seen so far.
