Yello - Bostich remix wav

If the car also steers to the right there is nothing wrong with the steering. :) But it does look like you are starting to understand what a remix contest is all about. It is like each contestant is building their own car. Beatport supplies some of the parts. Each car design will be different. So each designer will have to modify the parts accordingly. The Soul On Ice remix contest produced slow songs, fast songs, different rhythms, different tempos, different genres. There were Country versions, Rap versions, Ambient versions, Rock versions, Dance versions. You name it. Each version needed to be modified in it's own unique way. , Jonathan

Last time I drove a car I also needed to steer straight forward. Otherwise I will be going in circles.

You cant make a good car with faulty parts. It wont be approved by the car testing authorities. Oh well. Maybe my 10 years in the music biz and putting on a few remix contests didn learn me a thing, and Jon will revolutionize the remix concept by offering artists "great" MP3 files hereafter :-) Greetings from Glenn Folkvord Chief editor http://www.PlanetOrigo.com http://twitter.com/planetorigo Sci-fi movies | Electronic music

The rapidity with which brave, brave Sir Kamm is able to veer an otherwise well-steered conversation back towards Batshitcrazyburgh never ceases to amaze me. The conversation's going a certain direction, and Ala-kazam! Like magic, it's all crazy.
But it does look like you are starting to understand what a remix contest is all about.
It's good to know that there's someone upon whom we as a group can rely to provide this sort of judgement and insight. I know that many people would pay for an opportunity to witness this sort of entertainment. Me? I play this gig for free, just for the experience & just to be able to say that I was here, this being such a prominent venue and all. Because everyone knows that the music industry is EXACTLY like the sideshow magic performance circus. --gcr
