According to my mom (who's also a Yello fan), most of Yello's music can be called "just electronics." My favourite is when people complain of a certain song or style as being "repetitive". Music, /by definition/ *is* repetition.
But I can see where your mother is coming from. I've listened to Leonard Bernstein with the New York Philharmonic, and it's all "just wood and string". :) O.T., but I just scored bigtime - a pair of CDs that I have been trying to acquire for over a decade: Jam & Spoon "Tales from the Danceographic Ocean" and "Flamenc-o-matic Fairytales". Yay that there Internet!!! And speeching of off-topic bleepabilia, I have a spare copy of an original KLF: Space with which I would be willing to part, for the right trade or remuneration, in case anyone here is interested in same & doing business with an eeeevil non-iNitiated cur such as I. --gcr
I might be interested in that! Julian What to trade?

Ae YOU kidding me? There is a lot of thought into both the music and the lyrics. Who out there can do anything for the first five minutes after playing the full length LIVE AT THE ROXY at a high volume level? I can't, as it is so packed, it requires some decompression time after it. Kind of like sex! Laurens van Graft The Grip Guy (thegripguy@rogers.com) All your gymnastics grip needs right here!
