Here is a link to the FAQ'a regarding Artist's title and rights. You the artist still hold the rights to any music you upload to the podsafe network. The network is just a way to help musicians get their stuff out there withought either selling your soul to the record labels, or loosing your ownership. when you submit a track, you send a waver to the network that states that what you have uploaded is not a cover of another's work (no copyright lawsuits), and allow podcasters the privelidge to play your track on their show wothout you comming after them. No Money changes hands, and the only people who win are everybody. Podcasters get to play new stuff, you (the artist) get your music out there, and links to your website, so that the listeners can find you directly, and BUY your albums, singles etc! the only people that loose are the too big for their britches RECORD LABELS!! In case you aren't aware, there's a free service out there that will let you upload your tunes, and make them available to a large selection of PODCASTERS, which could play your stuff on there shows,

Do the uploader keep the copyright? Or does transfer, perhaps partially, the copyright to them? Can the uploader ask them to delete the uploaded song?
The "free service" could only mean that they play your music cost- free. Free to them, perhaps not so for you.
If you make a Yello remix, please note that Yello/Universal wants their royalties of the radio play. You cannot use the above service.
