Releasing re mastered Yello on SACD? MAJOR marketing mistake. Yello enjoys a narrow enough fanbase. Release as SACD would effectively tank sales.

For those of you who do not already know. I am working on trying to license (because it won't happen any other way) a compilation of Yello songs in multi-channel (5.1) surround. I already know all of the right people at the labels and mastering labs, another friend is acquaintances with Dieter. So it is just going to take some time to put it together and get all the proper permissions. If we (all of you: fans, myself included) have it our way, we'll get the support of the band and get an "authorized release" from the band (Guys) so the money coming from our pockets is substantially less. Do not worry about the marketing of this future project. That is already in place around the world.
