I have most of the 80's/90's 12"'s recorded digitally but many I also had to do from vinyl and then clean up in SoundForge. I agree, though, that it would be wonderful to have a 12" + B-sides collection based on release similar to what Simple Minds did with their Themes CD box sets. just saying that you don't have to wait forever if you really want to listen to a specific version. Get the vinyl or get somebody to record it for you. Not so easier, but might still be easier/quicker then waiting for Yello to release all the 12"
