The cover of Yello's Baby album featured hand-painted original fabric designed by Gamper. Gamper designed the "corner cut" logo that Yello would use on 3 of their eighties releases, and adapted its usage to each release. As it had originally been place where a record distributor would mark a "cutout" release (and indicated both the diagonal cut and punch hole positions of such), it was likely a good humored suggestion of low expectations by the band."
