Not according to a group of DVD and BluRay authoring companies I made inquiries to. The process is fairly streamlined by now. It is the *possibilities* of things you can do with BR that you cant do with DVD that *may* add time, and thus cost, if you *choose* to add them to the project. But there isnt necessarily anything specific about BR authoring that adds a great expense. Not anymore. Maybe the BR licences are slightly more expensive, but all in all, it isnt cost prohibitive to Yello to make a BR disc. You can even do BR authoring at home these days, with consumer equipment.
