[Yello] Franz's Bit Torrent

Hi I was getting the bit-torrent that Franz had posted but it stopped mysteriously at exactly 50% of the file. I can't tell by looking at the URL whether this is a private server or a public one. Would be nice to get the rest of the file, though. When I start my torrent client it pops up an alert after several seconds indicating it cannot connect to the server. Can anyone offer any clues? Rory
