[Yello] Mastering errors?

Could anyone ask Yello if the differences in the discs are mastering errors? I mean the missing begins and ends. Will they reprint the Desire/Lost Again problem disc? The page was in German only, and I wonder if they gave the email address only for some "feedback" ;-) I downloaded the mp3 but if they will reprint the disc, then I could buy it again later. (I don't know if any replacement policy applies. Defect discs are different cases.) Juhana
