[Yello] Downtempo Yello

Hey gang, Do you think Yello went a bit downtempo and loungy on their new album by coincidence or by strategy? Without having played their last few albums recently, my memory from 2 or 3 of them is that they went in the dance direction. But now they seem to have calmed down.
