[Yello] Touch Yello in USA yet?

Has anyone purchased the Touch Yello CD from a USA source yet?  I checked IDEALCOPY but it says "Release is scheduled for Oct 13th" but that was yesterday.  Amazon.com (US) doesn't have it yet. The Tower.com site is down at the moment so I can't check that one yet.   Thanks, Mark
