[Yello] Race sample in Savannah by Savannah 1990

Is this old news? I have a copy of "The Sound Of Cooltempo" and this is the first time I listened to this track and at around 4 mins, there's a Yello sample large as life. Album notes: "Finally 'Savannah' by Savannah features the unique talents of Richie Fermie, one of the UK's new creative forces.
