[Yello] Anthology vs. singles collection, DVD region and format?

A couple of questions... Are the tracks in the singles collection the same as the anthology, only there's more in the anthology? Or are they different/unique in some way? If I order the anthology from the UK or Germany, will I have an issue with DVD region? Is the video in PAL vs NTSC? John Szpara Private Pilot Fiero Owner
