Actually I agree upon MC 900 Ft. but that was not my post : )

Maybe I was misled due to the Religion Single and some Interviews I read at that time where they talked in the same vein like opening up to more influences etc etc. I loved the Evil Off Album  which was mentioned as the electronic / ambient counterpart to the Evil On one (and tortured all my co-workers with it in a large warehouse - ha!)

Before I could get used to the idea of 242 toying with guitars as I imagined the first one to be they re-issued all the old albums in the same anonymous style and started to distance themselves from the former image. So in short I was not really bothering any longer as I felt they where desperately trying to find a more commercial appeal by all means..

I can`t remember much about Armagedeon Dildos as I left the ebm path long ago, my fav´s where
definitively 242, FLA, Ministry, RevCo, Click Click, Borghesia, SA42.

I love! Mc 900 Ft Jesus. That is some really creative stuff.
I'm not sure what guitars you're talking about in Front 242? Maybe in the Evil Off album there is some stuff that sounds like that but other then that I can't think of any guitars?
Also the first couple of Armageddon Dildos 12" are great but the following isn't that great.

Regarding those into dark wave: Cabaret Voltaire, Tones on Tails, MC 900 Ft Jesus, Amenggdon Dildos, Fred, etc.
Anyone a fan of the spin off band from one of the original Depeche Mode folks called Recoil?
This is some creepy stuff: Amazing but creppy> Here is the amazon link for those for you interested.

Peace all
