Called KSL TV assignment desk and sent some emails. Clark said Ed YEates Science reporter years ago did a piece with Edu guy. KUTV Roland Steadham showed a clip of Venus setting on Wed or Thurs nite. Sent him email also. So do Stars and Astronomy have a "marketing dept?" The SLC etc. guys could do so. I'd join up for star parties. The interest is there: [Guys passing out phone books stopped 10 min to look thru my scope. ] Merc is "going around the corner" orbiting the Sun so we see an edge view. Lots dimmer than 2 nites ago. Saw it cause I knew where to look. 2. Does Merc and Venus orbit the Sun towards the Right at sunset? Like toward the North? All the planets go the same direction? Yeah, I have been able to see it with the naked eye these past couple of nights. It has been really spectacular and I have been showing everyone I see.
