Barbara, You'll want to use the link at the very bottom of any uvaa message to turn off your subscription. On the page the shows up, at the very bottom, enter the email address where you receive this list. Click the 'Unsubscribe or edit options' button. On the next page you can either unsubscribe or enter your password. If you have forgotten the password you can get a reminder sent to you. To be honest, I find the interface a bit confusing at times, but you can make it work with a little perserverance. If that doesn't work, Rich Tenney is the administrator of the list and he has offered to unsubscribe anyone that wants to. One thing that anyone considering unsubscribing might want to do instead is to enable digest mode in the subscription options. This sets it up so that you receive one email each day that has all the communication for that day in it. I do that for a list or two that I'm on, and believe me, it helps.
