More often than not, these can be repaired using high-temp epoxy (regular epoxy also works, but will break down over the years w/ the increased heat). Make sure the coil is straight, goop some epoxy around the external coils (but don't glue it to the PCB so that you can still remove it if necessary), and let it cure.

Anybody have a good source for these? Seems every monitor I get has it busted. I need 2 for G07's and 1 for a WG 4900. If I can pay less than $10 each + shipping (from Bob), I'd really like it. Mouser and Digikey return no hits for "width coil", and I don't know what makes a G07 coil different from a WG. Can anyone get out the clue stick and hit me with it?
