I thought it was also interesting the entire night was Namcoless. Considering the fact that Namco is trying to make a buck off of arcade ringtones, I figured they wanted cash to use their music.

I talked with Tommy T. about that a couple of years ago, actually. Namco was evidently the only publisher that VGL approached which found no promotional value in major symphonies worldwide playing snippets of their music while giant video screens advertise their intellectual properties. This will come as no surprise to anyone who has worked with Namco-Bandai recently :) Clark
