I don't know if anyone else cares but Atari (infogrames) has released a new atari 2600 console. Unlike the last Atari Console release (Flashback) apparently 2.0 is true 2600 hardware on a chip instead of sorry ports of 2600 games to a famicom on a chip. I did not buy the original Flashback but I think I'm going to pick one of these up. When I sold my house I and my games Atari memoribilia has filled the space (not literally but getting close). The thing that intrigues me most about this new system is the composite video instead of the old RF technology (RF has real problems with the newer TVs) so I'll actually be able to use this on my newer tv. Also of interest is that one can hack it to use legacy cartridges. There are some that are even using the 2.0s to hack together a VCS portable.
