I replied to a post in rec.games.pinball from a local pin collector, and several other SLC guys chimed in that they want to meet up with local collectors too. I don't know if they own vids or not. Robotron 2084

I'm being offered an original Robotron 2084 for $800. The guy has owned it since 1983, and he says it's in perfect shape. I'm waiting on some pics to be emailed over later tonight so I can see more. He's selling it because he's going through a divorce and can't hang on to it. Does this seem like a fair deal? Feel free to let me know if any of you guys are interested. WhiteWater progress

WH2O is coming along. I still have some cab work to do, like clean the legs, put on the cab protectors and some other minor stuff, but the bulk is done and it's playable. In another month or so I'll order a set of mountains, mine are pretty hashed. And I am still topper-lessl. My $180 bid on ebay was... inadequate. For the terminally bored, here are a couple before and afters. It's come a long way, baby. Each image is is large, but only about 400K so they should load OK.
