Well here is a link to a short video taken of my car at 00:07 on 11/18/09. You can see the camera change from IR to daytime and the car changes from black and white to it's natural red. Doesn't last long does it? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xj4q3YIm8RU

Hi all, Here's my blog on the great fireball: http://www.deseretnews.com/blog/47/Nightly-News-Astronomy-blog.html Best wishes, Joe
Another nice one Joe. Reading your blogs I sometimes wonder if the editors at the DN sometimes read your blogs and regret letting you get away... :) BTW, I just heard from a guy who says he's going to check to see if a search of the site on Dugway where the fall may have occurred could be arranged. patrick On 18 Nov 2009, at 23:19, Joe Bauman wrote:

Patrick, I see the media has upgraded you to full NASA Ambassador status. Does that come with full diplomatic immunity? Kidding aside, nice work on this one. If you arrange any sort of excursion into the Grounds to hunt for this one, please keep us all updated. Dave Bennett On Nov 18, 2009, at 11:30 PM, Patrick Wiggins wrote:

Thank you, Dave, I've corrected that. I was extremely tired when I wrote it. Hey, if anyone had any other experiences that I missed, or if anyone would like to speculate about what it was or talk about arranging an expedition to find pieces, my blog sure could use some comments! I am not at all sure it is a good idea looking in craters out in the bombing range. On a drive near the outskirts, I saw an antelope that was as big as a mule dear, it seemed a genetic anomaly.

I just spoke with a guy in California who is in contact with folks from several states, all of which are looking into the possibility of a search. I told him that if they do in fact decide to search they could probably find willing helpers here on UA. I'll let y'all know if I hear anything further. patrick
If the movies have taught us anything, it's that if you find a rock glowing with green irridescence or dripping green goo, don't touch it. On Wed, Nov 18, 2009 at 11:30 PM, Patrick Wiggins <paw@wirelessbeehive.com>wrote:
