Green laser pointer question..
We're heading to Capitol Reef this weekend, and were thinking it would be nice to have a green laser pointer to take with us. Anybody have a recommendation for brand / and / or know if there are any available locally? Julie
I can't recommend brand, and I don't know of a local source, but one thing you should know if you use your pointer in the park is that the NPS has banned laser pointers brighter than 5mw. If you use a brighter laser you could end up as a permanent resident of Area 51 where they will do all kinds of nasty experiments and eventually turn you over to the aliens. LOL! You off your meds again? :) But seriously, given what is for sale today, it is good to know. Thanks Jo Quoting Kim <kimharch@cut.net>:

Julie, I have two 0.5mw green lasers. I will not be using one of mine for the next couple of weeks so if you would like to borrow one, you are welcome. Contact me directly if you are interested and we can make arrangements.
