I'm enjoying this conversation and really like being challenged to dig in and see what I can find.

That's the newspaperman in you. It's an interesting experiment and I'll be eager to hear what results may come of it. I know that one of the issues with the so-called Standard Model is that gravity is comparatively weak (funny, I don't feel that way if I slip on ice) and that one potential explanation is that it's often off in another dimension. Stay tuned, I guess.
