And to expand just a little bit: There's a subset of U-A that meets on a semi-irregular basis at the Left Fork Grill in Salt Lake City (39th S and 4th W) for Liver and Onions. Just because they meet for L&O doesn't mean you have to--I've attended most meatings and don't partake of organ meat. Which is fine, the only rule is you can't say anything disparaging about L&O loud enough that any of them can hear you. So I just post on Twitter.
