Yes.  The LEM lower stages are much larger than the Mars Rovers that have been imaged by the MRO from orbit using a similar camera from a higher orbital altitude.  But since the lunar denial-conspriacy crowd are more of a religion than a discussion, I doubt such photos will make them re-adjust their tin foil hats. - Kurt
