While flying today I found some small craters. There were about a half dozen in fairly close proximity. Here is a photo I took with my camera. Sorry for the quality, but I didn't have my good camera with me. http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/n534/brentjwatson/Craters.jpg?t=14154813... What were you flying over, the moon? Actually, I've seen many areas in the desert with ant mounds and little clearings around them. With the right lighting and viewing angle, a mound can look like A depression. Sent from my iPhone

Here is another photo that shows most of the area. There are at least 15 different craters here. Please ignore the funny color. I had to do a bit more equalization than normal to show the craters. Unfortunately it also exaggerated the colors. The ground is really light mud color. http://i1138.photobucket.com/albums/n534/brentjwatson/Craters2.jpg View on i1138.photobucket.com Preview by Yahoo On Saturday, November 8, 2014 2:19 PM, Brent Watson via Utah-Astronomy <utah-astronomy@mailman.xmission.com> wrote: While flying today I found some small craters. Hi Brent, Where are the craters located? I'd like to try to find them when I'm up later today. Thanks, patrick On 09 Nov 2014, at 09:37, Brent Watson via Utah-Astronomy <utah-astronomy@mailman.xmission.com> wrote:
