Thanks to all who attended the L&O luncheon on Saturday. It was good to see all of you again! The new venue, CJ's, provided a better "round table" arrangement that facilitated a larger discussion, rather than with just the people seated closest to you. It was also a quieter environment. I want to apologize for leaving much earler than I had planned, I was hoping for more socializng afterwards. Kelly had just come off of a very stressful work week and when she wasn't served, it was more than she could handle at the moment. I should have been paying closer attention to what the waitress was doing (or what she wasn't doing, more precisely). Because of that, CJ's is going to be a very hard sell for me in the future, on the home front. Accidents do happen however, so hopefully the incident will diminish with time. We'll try it again sooner rather than later. Thanks again! -Chuck
I was glad to be there with Tina and visit with all of you, but I felt like the venue was not quite as good as the Left Fork (my 2 cents). The servers at the left fork are hard to beat, FWIW./R .
