Hello everyone, I was wondering if any of you knew anything about Hyfax material I'm asking for a friend personally I've never heard of the stuff. He sent me this link for it http://www.tse-ok.com/natural-protech-1000 But as you can see it's pretty pricey. Any tips on a cheaper or even more local place to get this stuff? I appreciate it. Howard PS: To mention some astronomy it's been fun this week watching the moon in the morning as I take the kids to school it's led to some very good teaching opportunities about Lunar phases and the Earths rotation.
Howard, what you are looking for is High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Try searching at thomasnet.com for hdpe flat sheet. You will get a list of products, there you would click on plastic sheet & sheeting. It lists 1,414 companies, not all of which will have PE sheet. LDPE is usually a little less costly. Depends on just what you want to do with it. For instance, milk bottles are blow-molded polyethylene. Any questions, contact me off list. For others on the list, this site is great for looking for odds & ends. I use it a lot for industrial products & services. 73, Larry Holmes On 10/13/2011 1:25 PM, Howard Jackman wrote:
