Did anyone see that little moon going across the face of Jupiter? At first I thought I had a dirty eyepiece but when I moved Jupiter, it was still there. Seeing was excellent last night even though it was warm(in the fifties). I'd also like to know what is the name of that moon. Debbie

Ok, I'll try this again, and this time I'll include a reply... :-) Yes, those of us in the Ealing class last night had a great view. Since all four of the satellites were visible at the time I'm guessing what we saw was the shadow of one of the satellites. In the ealing the shadow was very distinct and easy to see. Patrick
