Just in case someone wants the GPS coordinates they are: GPS coordinates from Google Maps for this site are and I am NOT responsible if the coordinates are messed up. Okay, Tuesday and Wednesday I am going to be out at FR006. Campers and ATVers are gone so its good to go. My friend Shahid will be there on Tuesday night, I am camping over and will have a tent with my cot and fan set up. I'm going big in terms of telescopes on this one and will be reading, relaxing and sleeping/resting on Wednesday during the day. Here are directions to the location via my blog from 3 plus years ago (they are the same).

IF you want to come out and need to borrow a tent, I have extra's and you can borrow one but let me know. I am planning on being out there on Tuesday around 2:00 pm to set up camp and the scope and then to relax. Your on your own for a blanket or sleeping bag but nightly lows are in the 49 to 52 degrees F range right now, very comfortable to sleep in. If you camp over food and water are on your own but the Silver Sage is nearby if you want to grab a snack or a meal. I of course, due to this thing called Celiac disease will be having my own healthy food out at the site. New moon is Tuesday and Wednesday will be just as good, possibly some of the best viewing conditions this year from everything I have gathered. I hope some of you take the opportunity to come on out.
