UAers, Someone has asked to be added to Utah-Astronomy. I think they are a non-native English speaker and do not want to bar them just because of that (I'm on a number of lists with non-English speakers and enjoy their posts). But I don't understand what they are trying to say and wonder if it's just over my head. At any rate, here is what they are asking to post.
