Found the comet, tonight. Don’t know what the problem was a day or two back. It is getting dimmer. Ran a few RTGUI scripts and looked at some galaxies, carbon stars and Messier objects before calling it a night. The schizophrenic next door was outside having a conversation with himself and howling, just for good measure, during the whole viewing session. I guess he’s talking to the neighborhood dogs when he does the howling portion of his program. Good thing astronomy's a visual affair or I’d be in Gray Rock Hotel for shooting the mentally ill. I think it’s supposed to be cloudy here after tomorrow night. Dave
