Jim, Glad you got home all right. Tomorrow I'm going to see if I can center my secondary under my focuser. I must have really got it out of whack. But it still was a fun night wind and all. That 20" Starmaster is a beautiful scope. Wish I could buy it. Debbie
Hi No wind at all last night. Some slow moving clouds but when they finally moved off, Saturn was the best EVER, Io transit of Jupiter, Eta Carina were great, Mars and Venus OK. The Southern Cross became visible at 10:15 and Acrux was about 4 above the horizon over Kona when the clouds parted, lots of light reflecting off low clouds from Makawao and Pukalani made it somewhat bright but that was the 1st we noticed that. We had to put on cool weather gear about 9:30 when the breeze started coming off Haleakala. Wish you all were here ....... Aloha Rob
