In my opinion - they should be able to afford some pretty good lawyers with a scam like this. (Note: I don't think you can sue someone for having an opinion. <g>)

There was a thread on the planetarium list serve a while back where folks were reporting being served with legal papers for publicly saying bad things about the program.
