You need to use Chrome or Firefox to have this work (needs WebGL), but it's really cool. Make sure you watch the opening movie to use it. http://workshop.chromeexperiments.com/stars/ Dan -- Daniel Holmes, danielh@holmesonics.com "Laugh while you can, monkey boy!" -- Lord John Whorfin

Don't move to Chelyabinsk. This is the second air burst meteor in 72 years. The first just passed overhead but left the sky raining rocks. You can read about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_meteor_air_bursts Of more interest is the possible disintegration of a natural satellite of earth on February 9, 1913. The 1913 Great Meteor Procession was a series of 40 to 60 bright meteors moving from horizon to horizon in approximately the same path. They were followed by several other larger, bright objects and one report even mentions dark objects seen during the daytime. Read more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1913_Great_Meteor_Procession
