doesn't he get a monthly royality check? Seriously perhaps SLAS public events could be mentioned on the blog. --- chuck.hards@gmail.com wrote: From: "Chuck Hards" <chuck.hards@gmail.com> To: "Utah Astronomy" <utah-astronomy@mailman.xmission.com> Subject: Re: [Utah-astronomy] Astronomy blog at www.sltrib.com coming soon Date: Tue, 23 Dec 2008 13:35:48 -0700 You do realize that, as a journalist writing about astronomy in Utah, you are bound by the Unwritten Law that Patrick must be quoted at least quarterly. *NASA knows where you live. ;o) *

I am also looking for name ideas for the blog, and any ideas about where I can cull information about astronomical happenings. Obviously, this is a great forum, and I've signed up for NASA's mailings, but any other suggestions would be great.

I just got off the phone with Sheena. She says all things astronomical are fair game and I'd say SLAS star parties fit the bill. She noted that it is going to be limited to astronomy. So she joked the only way to have something in there about dinosaurs is if we find a meteorite containing a dinosaur fossil. :) patrick
What about dinosaurs using a telescope...like you, me, and Bruce at SPOC? lol... On Tue, Dec 23, 2008 at 2:48 PM, Patrick Wiggins <paw@wirelessbeehive.com>wrote:
